Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with Thug Unicorn — where softness meets strength. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something’s off, we’ve got your back (within reason, of course).


🔁 Returns

Because every item is made to order, we only accept returns for:

  • Wrong items sent

  • Defective or damaged items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or wrong size (please double-check the size guide)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

If your item qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


📦 Return Process

To start a return, email us at magic@thethugunicorn.com with your order number and the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send it.

Return shipping is on you — unless we made a mistake. Then we’ll cover it like the legends we are.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


🔄 Exchanges

We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If that’s the case, email us at magic@thethugunicorn.com and we’ll make it right.


💸 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card company

  3. Reach out to your bank (sometimes they’re slow)
