All items are made to order and typically take 2–7 business days to be fulfilled.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If delays pop up (blame the weather, the carrier, or Mercury retrograde), we’ll keep you posted.

To start a return, email us at magic@thethugunicorn.com with your order number and the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send it.
Return shipping is on you — unless we made a mistake. Then we’ll cover it like the legends we are.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
